Componentes diseñados por los clientes pueden ser maquinados o fabricados. Tenemos capacidad de full mecanizado in-house, que incluye: torneado, fresado, taladrado, enroscado, rectificado sin centro, rectificado de superficie y rectificado de blanchard. La soldadura que incluye TIG y MIG se puede hacer para pequeñas fabricaciones y ensamblajes.
Las tuberÃas de gran diámetro están hechas de material a base de nÃquel y algo de acero inoxidable (NITRONIC 50 y 60). Este producto está a la venta hecho con nuestros materiales, por lo que se ofrecen tubos y tuberÃas especiales (diámetro externo y pared) en pequeñas cantidades.
Hot and cold reduction of bar is available in-house. This is done with our GFM 412, a rotary forge that can produce from 3 Inch to 1/2 Inch diameter bar.
Heat treating is also available with our 12' long by 40"wide furnace. Furnace is capable of 2300 Degrees F, with quick ramping for upto 2000 Lb quantities.
Centerless grinding is available for sizes 1/8" to 4" round.
Hot rolling of plate and sheet is accessible for relatively small orders, through our large network of specialists.
